We are looking for our future Customer Contact Centre Agent based in Telford for a permanent contract.

What you will do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues: Handle all inbound calls and emails, ensuring efficient and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to process sales orders and maintain alignment with company standards.
  • Perform administrative duties promptly and professionally, adhering to Health & Safety and company quality standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all Hager products through self‐learning and training, ensuring knowledgeable customer support.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
