As a Pricing Manager UK m/f/d, you will report to the Country Managing Director and be based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive pricing strategy and sales profitability across the zone, ensuring alignment with UK and Group objectives.
- Develop and manage customer rebate agreements and support key commercial decisions with actionable data.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement strategic business improvements.
- Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analyses to steer performance.
- Lead and support sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency in trade terms and pricing across the region.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification.
- Strong experience in sales controlling, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, ideally within an international group.
- Proficient in SAP, Power BI, and Excel; comfortable with reporting tools and business analytics.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
