As a Trade Marketing Manager M/F/D you will report to the Country Marketing Manager in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?

  • Develop and execute UK trade marketing initiatives aligned with the global strategy to drive business growth across all sales channels.
  • Plan and implement trade promotions and merchandising activities (digital and in‑store) to increase product visibility and retail performance.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale materials and marketing collateral, including POS, samples, catalogues and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and effective use by sales teams.
  • Engage and support wholesalers and distributors through tailored marketing packages, training sessions and product enablement to strengthen retail execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, while identifying opportunities to develop new sales channels.
  • Analyse POS data and campaign performance, optimising trade marketing actions and ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards.

What about you?

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in trade, channel or sales‑focused marketing, with proven exposure to campaigns and promotions.
  • You demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills, and are comfortable managing multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
  • You are an excellent communicator and copywriter, with a good understanding of web content management and social media best practices.
  • You bring a customer‑focused mindset, combining creativity, attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and are open to occasional national and limited international travel for events or training.
