As a Sales Excellence Manager M/F/D you will report to the Marketing & Sales Managing Director - Senior Director West in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
What you will do?
- Drive commercial performance by optimising sales processes, strengthening sales capabilities and ensuring operational discipline across Sales and Customer Care teams.
- Support the definition and execution of the sales strategy, including leading the annual sales planning cycle in line with Group principles.
- Monitor sales and customer performance, develop KPIs and dashboards, and drive corrective actions through data‑driven insights.
- Improve end‑to‑end sales processes and champion CRM adoption, governance and best‑practice methodologies (pipeline, forecasting, account planning).
- Build sales capabilities through training, onboarding programmes, playbooks and tools, in close partnership with Sales leaders and HR.
- Act as a key cross‑functional partner (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and contribute to continuous improvement, innovation and Group Sales Excellence initiatives.

- You have proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Management or similar roles.
- You bring strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and concrete actions.
- You are proficient with CRM systems, Power BI tools and Excel.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- You are able to influence without authority and drive change in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- You combine a strategic and commercial mindset with a process‑oriented, data‑driven and digital approach, and strong coaching skills.
