What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and serving specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages to Hagen standards.
  • Delivering warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Taking customer orders accurately and handling payments.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.
  • Preparing food and ensuring excellent presentation.
  • Working as part of a supportive team to keep service running smoothly.
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Learning about our coffee and products to confidently recommend them to customers.

What we're looking for:

  • A passion for coffee and creating great customer experiences.
