We are currently searching for a Senior Wholesale Operations Manager to join the team. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Manager to lead the team managing end-to-end wholesale operational processes across a network of 300+ customers and successfully delivering over 1,000 orders per season. This is a pivotal role ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency and cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless wholesale experiences to our global partners.

In addition to managing the day-to-day, this role plays a strategic leadership role in identifying, implementing and overseeing systematic and operational improvements that will support the continued growth, scalability and efficiency of our wholesale business.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

  • Wholesale Process Management: Overseeing the complete wholesale order lifecycle; customer setup, order creation (including seasonal uploads), invoicing, returns & credits, customer service, transport documentation, key account PO reconciliation and liquidation orders. Serving as the point of contact for operational issues and ensuring smooth execution of wholesale processes.
  • Business Improvement & Process Optimisation: Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline wholesale operations, reduce inefficiencies and scale processes. Driving system enhancements and leading initiatives that improve visibility, accuracy and control across the wholesale function. Collaborating with key stakeholders to align operational changes with business goals and system capabilities.
  • Outbound Planning: Developing and maintaining an efficient outbound shipment plan considering inbound production schedules, customer delivery windows and shipment volumes. Updating and sharing the outbound plan weekly with relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Delivering weekly reporting on order book status, budget tracking and key risk identification (e.g. blocked accounts, stock delays). Preparing and presenting the weekly trade deck for internal trade meetings. Supporting monthly financial reforecasting processes. Preparing and presenting the Latest View Commercial Forecast deck monthly.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Logistics: Coordinating weekly inbound and outbound reviews and ensuring daily alignment on shipping activities. Warehouse: Acting as the main liaison for outbound queries including managing customer requirements documentation. Accounts Receivable: Conducting weekly reviews of on-hold accounts. Production: Weekly updates on inbound timing and flagging potential production delays. Technical: Collaborating on system and process improvements. Commercial: Interacting daily with customer queries, agent requests and reorders.
  • Team Leadership: Managing, coaching and supporting a team of 3, including overseeing daily workflow, prioritising workloads, conducting monthly one-on-ones and driving individual development. Leading recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Project Management: Acting as the lead owner for Wholesale Operations-related projects with a strong focus on process improvement and system integration. Driving requirements gathering, project timelines and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective implementation. Maintaining up-to-date documentation, process flows and best practice guidelines that support a scalable wholesale infrastructure.
  • Samples Management: Supporting the Sample Movement Process for Wholesale agents. Coordinating the return and tracking of samples post-season.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong background in wholesale operations, logistics or supply chain.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end operational processes and leading a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, export documentation & Incoterms, tax flows and consignment processes, intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
