Location: South Wales (various locations)

Salary: £16.83 per hour (approx. £35,102 per annum)

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week

Vehicle: Company vehicle (manual transmission) available; valid UK driving licence required.

Tools and Uniform: Provided by company.

Responsibilities

  • Support team with essential work in tenants' homes.
  • Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections, testing and repair services to tenants in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Complete works to required standard and in a timely manner, providing certificates where necessary.
  • Assist team supervisor in coordinating job planning and ordering materials to carry out works effectively.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification and proven experience in single phase domestic and 3-phase commercial installations, including inspection, testing and certification of systems.
  • Good grounding in electrical repairs, fault diagnosis and portable appliance testing.
  • Ability to use initiative, manage changing priorities and resolve practical problems.
  • Level 3 electrician qualification certificates (or fully completed Level 3 qualifications) to confirm eligibility.
