Responsibilities
- Support team with essential work in tenants' homes.
- Conduct comprehensive electrical inspections, testing and repair services to tenants in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Complete works to required standard and in a timely manner, providing certificates where necessary.
- Assist team supervisor in coordinating job planning and ordering materials to carry out works effectively.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification and proven experience in single phase domestic and 3-phase commercial installations, including inspection, testing and certification of systems.
- Good grounding in electrical repairs, fault diagnosis and portable appliance testing.
- Ability to use initiative, manage changing priorities and resolve practical problems.
- Level 3 electrician qualification certificates (or fully completed Level 3 qualifications) to confirm eligibility.
