Community Care Worker role at Hafod

We are hiring Community Care Workers to support people in their own homes, helping them live independently and providing companionship. You will be a valued part of someone’s day and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities

  • Support people in their own homes to live independently and provide companionship
  • Travel to assigned client locations (driving license and vehicle required)
  • Participate in training and ongoing development with the Learning and Development team
  • Complete required records and documentation as part of care delivery

Qualifications

  • Essential: full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle
  • DBS check required
  • As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification; training time will be paid

  • Areas covered: Kenfig Hill, Cefn Cribwr, South Cornelly, Llangeinor, Ogmore Vale, Bryncethyn, Pontycymer and Bridgend Town
  • Pay: £12.79 per hour
  • Hours: contracted hours to suit you; permanent, with part-time or full-time options
  • Note: we are not offering sponsorship with this role
