Community Care Worker role at Hafod
We are hiring Community Care Workers to support people in their own homes, helping them live independently and providing companionship. You will be a valued part of someone’s day and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Support people in their own homes to live independently and provide companionship
- Travel to assigned client locations (driving license and vehicle required)
- Participate in training and ongoing development with the Learning and Development team
- Complete required records and documentation as part of care delivery
Qualifications
- Essential: full, current driving licence and use of a vehicle
- DBS check required
- As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification; training time will be paid
