We’re expanding our team of Community Care Workers, if you’re caring, committed and reliable, then we want you on our team!

No experience is necessary however, we are looking for compassionate, caring individuals to make a difference to the lives of others by supporting people in their homes to live independently, offering companionship and becoming a valued part of someone\’s day

The areas we cover are Kenfig Hill, Cefin Cribwr, South Cornelly, Llangeinor, Ogmore Vale, Bryncethyn, Pontycymer and Bridgend Town.

Please note that as this is a \”community care\” role, It is essential that you have a full, current driving licence and your own vehicle to be considered for this role.

The hourly rate is ÂŁ12.79 per hour, this role is a permanent 0 hour relief contract offering flexibility for you to choose shifts that fit around you and your commitments.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid.
