We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to our residents, promoting their independence while safeguarding their dignity. As part of the team, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the home.
This is a permanent role working 18 hours per week, as a twilight shift, covering the evening shift from 6pm to 12 midnight. Β£12.10 per hour.

Where you will be working: Brocastle Manor Care Home in Bridgend is a large 80-bed care home providing superior care and support within a warm and welcoming environment. At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.
We provide a range of learning and development opportunities to support you at every stage of your career. From technical training to leadership development, we have a range of programmes available for you. As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification. We will support you to do this, and your training time will be paid.
