Overview
We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Care Assistant seeking a rewarding job within one of our care homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care to residents, promoting independence and safeguarding their dignity. You will participate in day-to-day activities of the home.
This is a permanent role working 23 hours per week.

Where you will be working
Brocastle Manor Care Home in Bridgend is a large 80-bed care home providing superior care and support within a warm and welcoming environment. At Brocastle, residents in need of residential and EMI care are supported to live as independently as possible in a safe environment with staff and management providing high standards of care.

As part of this role, you will be required to complete a QCF Level 2 qualification, we will support you to do this and your training time will be paid.
