Hafod is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to join our People team in a part-time maternity cover role. You will partner with colleagues across Hafod to identify learning needs and design engaging development solutions. The role blends virtual and face-to-face delivery, including e-learning and digital resources, with hybrid working.
You’ll support apprenticeships, volunteering initiatives and colleague development, and help build a culture of continuous learning and digital confidence.
