We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced HR Advisor to join our busy, friendly, and supportive HR team on a permanent basis (34 hours per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation that offers flexible hybrid working, giving you the freedom to balance working from home with being on-site to collaborate and build strong relationships.

But this is no ordinary HR role. You’ll be at the heart of delivering our People Strategy across a diverse range of services, from homes and communities, care to support and central teams. As a true HR generalist, you’ll partner with managers across the organisation, providing expert advice and guidance on everything from complex employee relations cases to change management and colleague engagement.

We’re looking for someone who’s confident in building strong partnerships, coaching managers, and helping them grow their people management skills. With our mission being embedded across Hafod, this is an exciting time to join us and play a key role in shaping our culture. If you’re CIPD Level 5 qualified (or have equivalent experience), thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the flexibility to travel across South Wales, we’d love to hear from you.
