This is an exciting opportunity to lead Hafod's commercial property portfolio while driving acquisitions and buy-back opportunities that support the delivery of high-quality homes and sustainable communities.
You'll be responsible for maximising the performance and value of our commercial assets and exploring new ventures, building strong relationships with tenants, leaseholders, developers and key external partners, and identifying opportunities that align with Hafod's social purpose and long-term objectives.
