Für einen unserer Standorte in Wasserbillig, Luxemburg, oder in Duisburg, Deutschland, suchen wir Sie als „Specialist Crewing (m/w/d)“ zum baldmöglichsten Eintritt unbefristet in Vollzeit (40 Stunden / Woche). Steigen Sie ins Team ein und werden Sie Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Personalbedarfs-, Einsatz- und Abwesenheitsplanung entsprechend der gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Betreuung des nautischen Personals während des Einsatzes und insbesondere an Bord unserer Binnenschiffe
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Personaldienstleistern
- Mitarbeiterbindung
- Recruitment von nautischen Arbeitnehmern bzw. Unterstützung des Recruitments
- Unterstützung bei und Begleitung von On- und Offboarding-Prozessen
- Identifikation von Potenzialträgern
- Umgang mit arbeits- und tarifrechtlichen Themen, inkl. der Unterstützung bei bzw. Vorbereitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Maßnahmen
- Erfassung und Zurverfügungstellung von relevanten Daten und Informationen zur Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen, Statistiken und Auswertungen
- Prüfung der Arbeitsnachweise an Bord inkl. des Freigabeprozesses
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Arbeitsunfällen
- Teilnahme an unterschiedlichen Meetings, u.a. Fleet-Management-Meeting und Meetings mit der Befrachtung
- Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst der Personaldisposition
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) insbesondere bezüglich Disposition
- Gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen
- Deutsch fließend und fehlerfrei in Wort und Schrift, Niederländisch und Englisch wünschenswert
- Selbstbewusst und strukturiert
- Freude an Herausforderungen
