Your new role:
As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we attract, engage and hire great people across the business. You will support candidates throughout their entire journey – from attraction and sourcing through to screening, interviews and offer coordination – ensuring every applicant has a positive experience with us.
Working alongside the Recruitment Partner and hiring managers, you’ll help strengthen recruitment capability across the organisation by coaching managers, supporting interview best practice and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and consistent hiring process every time. You’ll also take the lead on the roll out of training for hiring managers on our new ATS (Natural HR). Working with our Learning and Development team, you’ll support in building and delivering training for hiring managers, driving high-volume recruitment campaigns for our Operations, Warehouse and Customer Support teams, and leading improvements to our exit interview process to support organisational growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support recruitment from advert to offer
- Write engaging job adverts and proactively source talent
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessment days
- Build talent pools for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
- Coach hiring managers on interview and recruitment best practice
- Support ATS optimisation and deliver training with L&D
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance (GDPR, RTW)
- Lead improvements such as redesigning the exit interview process
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience across the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles at one time
- Confident communicator able to build rapport with candidates and managers
- Diplomatic with an ability to communicate at all levels and remain confidential
- Proactive, creative, solutions-focused and eager to learn
- Experience with job boards and sourcing tools (CV Library, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance
- Experience in high-volume or industrial recruitment (advantage)
- CIPD Level 3 - desirable

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruitment experience - whether from an in-house environment or an agency setting - who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects, shape candidate experience, and help build a modern, efficient and people-focused recruitment function.
It is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
