Your new role
As Product Group Manager you will be accountable for shaping the future direction and commercial success of assigned product groups within the UK business. You will own end-to-end range development and product lifecycle management, ensuring a market-leading portfolio that delivers innovation, relevance, and commercial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market to continually improve our product proposition
- Ensure effective and consistent product lifecycle management for all items within your product group(s)
- Leverage data, insights, and commercial performance metrics to drive informed, strategic decision-making
- Work across teams and collaborate with marketing, sales and supply chain

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role – proven commercial experience in developing successful strategic product ranges which deliver results
- Customer-oriented, enthusiastic team player with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to seek out opportunities for improvement, understand the impact and present to multiple audiences in a compelling and proactive manner
- Extensive experience in best-in-class product lifecycle management and implementing this with positive results
- Understanding different market segments; their needs, wants and behaviours, and using this to curate market leading product ranges

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
