Location: North (Manchester to Leeds corridor, Oldham, Sheffield, Stoke)

Your new role: To drive regional sales growth through strategic engagement with contractors, architectural joiners, interior fit out and shopfitting companies. Focusing on the technical specification process, ensuring our products are specified and adopted across major projects. This role combines commercial acumen, strong relationship development and technical expertise to influence decision makers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a regional sales strategy focused on contractor and specification channels
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Driving Contractor and Specifier engagement, building strong relationships
  • Deliver technical presentations, and onsite training to promote product adoption
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and application
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Area Sales Managers, Internal Customer Support and Project Specifiers, and Technical Services to ensure a seamless experience at every step of the way.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • DipGAI qualified preferable but not essential
  • Proven sales and specification experience (5+ years) within construction or related industries
  • Strong networks within the contractor/building specification industries
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is based remotely with customers based within the North region covering the Manchester to Leeds corridor, Oldham, Sheffield, Stoke.
