To drive regional sales growth through strategic engagement with contractors, architectural joiners, interior fit out and shopfitting companies, focusing on the technical specification process, ensuring our products are specified and adopted across major projects. This role combines commercial acumen, strong relationship development and technical expertise to influence decision makers and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Execute a regional sales strategy focused on contractor and specification channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Driving Contractor and Specifier engagement, building strong relationships
- Deliver technical presentations, and onsite training to promote product adoption
- Provide expert advice on product selection, installation, and application
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Area Sales Managers, Internal Customer Support and Project Specifiers, and Technical Services to ensure a seamless experience at every step of the way.
Proven sales and specification experience (5+ years) within construction or related industries.
Strong networks within the contractor/building specification industries.
Competitive Salary with annual bonus. Company Car. Holiday of 23 days’ basic + 8.
