Your New Role

As a Service & Assist Technician, you will act as a key technical expert and support function across our field sales network, providing specialist product knowledge, customer guidance, and hands‑on support. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers and customers, assisting from initial design through to installation, while also contributing to exhibitions, displays, and training initiatives. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will play a vital part in enhancing customer experience, supporting sales growth, and strengthening Häfele UK’s reputation within the woodworking industry.
