For our boutique in the prestigious Burlington Arcade, London, we are looking for a Sales Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our brand with confidence, care, and sophistication.
What you'll do:
- Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Build meaningful relationships and create memorable shopping experiences
- Guide clients through a personalised and consultative sales journey
- Share the story, craftsmanship, and heritage behind every Borsalino creation
- Develop long-term client relationships through clienteling activities
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets
- Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier activities
- Ensure the highest standards of service and presentation are consistently maintained
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience in retail, ideally within luxury or premium brands
- A genuine passion for client service and relationship building
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a proactive mindset
- Attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship and style
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
