We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Implementation Specialist to join our EMEA team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, has strong communication skills, and is eager to develop their technical expertise within the medical device industry.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and field teams across the EMEA region.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support product installations, upgrades, and technical investigations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Service, Sales, Quality, and R&D.
  • Continuously develop your technical expertise and become a subject‑matter expert within your area.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English, Italian, and German. French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A natural curiosity and interest in technical products and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic international environment.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, healthcare, life sciences, engineering, or a related field (beneficial but not essential).
  • Previous project management experience is a plus.
