The successful applicant will join a cohesive high performing team with a focus on raising ākonga achievement and trauma-based teaching best practice. This role is made possible because the Haeata board has allocated specific 2027 staffing funding toward core foundational learning for Years 0 to 10. This initiative aims to ensure 80% of Year 8 students achieve at or above their expected curriculum level in reading, writing, and mathematics by 2030.
