Role: Weekend Showroom Host / Receptionist
We're looking for a Showroom Host/Receptionist to join our friendly team at Kentdale Jaguar Land Rover. This role is offered on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our award-winning, successful business.
As a Showroom Host/Receptionist, you are often the first point of contact for our customers, making you crucial to delivering a first-class customer experience. You will meet and greet our customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, to ensure they receive a warm welcome. You will quickly establish their needs to provide an individually tailored service for them.
The role will also involve managing and directing incoming calls, providing the exceptional standard of service our customers have come to expect. You will build rapport with them to ensure we deliver a first-class service every time.
You are required to have excellent communication and customer service skills. We will also expect you to be a team player who is continually focused on the needs of the customer, ensuring we deliver exceptional service.
Working hours: Friday 9am - 6pm
