Lead Business Analyst – Financial Services/ Fintech
Are you passionate about shaping the future of financial services? We’re looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong Financial Services/ Fintech background in (AML, KYC, Fraud, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring) to join our growing team.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone with strong business analysis expertise, who can shape solutions, guide teams, and engage senior stakeholders across complex programmes.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AML/KYC
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, FATF, etc.)
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in leading BA teams or mentoring junior analysts
- Exposure to financial services, banking, or FinTech environments
Day to day:
- Lead business analysis within the Financial Services/ Fintech domain
- Partner with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations
- Define and document business processes, workflows, and system enhancements
- Provide strategic direction to junior BAs and drive best practice methodologies
- Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams to deliver solutions that mitigate risk and enhance customer experience
