We’re looking for experienced individual contributors (IC) to join a high impact HFT team, voted one of the best places to work (showcased by their high, longstanding, employee tenure). Key Requirements:
- Strong programming exposure with Go/Golang or similar (such as Rust, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, C++ etc).
- Understanding of AWS to build pipelines.
- Understanding of high-performance machine critical systems; ideally a trading platform or similar (financial trading/ banking/ air traffic/ sports betting platforms etc).
- Strong problem-solving (mathematical/statistical) mindset with a systems-focused approach.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Design, develop and analyse multiple high-performance trading and algorithmic platforms, whilst enabling global data to connect to it simultaneously.
- Work with wider teams to add features, improve performance and increase reliability.
- Contribute to CI/CD, security and long-term technical direction.
- Innovate internal research projects exploring new metrics, analytical methods and applications of data.
