We continuously map the digital footprint of organisations, discover risks, and prioritise remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.
Your Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hadrian, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across the French market by connecting with organisations that can benefit from a hacker's perspective on cybersecurity. Working closely with an Account Executive, you will identify high-potential prospects, build meaningful relationships, and generate qualified Sales Introduction Meetings (SIMs) through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with technical decision-makers, and is motivated by ownership, sharing novel strategies, continuous learning alongside a passionate crew, and measurable impact.
What you will do as a Sales Development Representative at Hadrian:
- Generate a pipeline of new business (at least 60% Outbound) via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreaches.
- Schedule qualified meetings following the BANT and SPICED frameworks.
- Utilize Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and follow up on existing contacts.
- Support marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing strategies and field marketing activities.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, partner referrals, and events while working closely with Account Executives for smooth handovers.
- Bring an innovative action plan specifically tailored to the French territories.
You are fit for this job because you:
- Are fluent in French (mother tongue is ideal) and English.
- Have 0-3 years of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role within a B2B SaaS company, ideally in the Cybersecurity industry.
- Are comfortable with daily cold calling and outreach.
- Are comfortable with having conversations with C-level executives.
- Are able to travel to events and conferences across your assigned territories (about 20% yearly travel time expected).
- Possess strong qualification skills (BANT or similar).
- Have experience with HubSpot or similar CRM (or have the technical capacity to learn).
- Are able to manage multi-touch campaigns and execute outbound campaigns.
- Are resilient, agile, and have an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Demonstrate ambition and motivation to develop your career.

- Specific experience selling Cybersecurity technology with an existing address book.
