Greenskeeper

Hadley Wood Golf Club is one of London’s finest parkland Golf courses and is consistently ranked as one of the best courses in Hertfordshire. We strive to continually raise the standards of the course for the enjoyment of the membership and guests.

Reporting to the Course Manager, we are seeking to employ enthusiastic greenkeepers, with strong work ethics to join a team of 11 to elevate the preparation and maintenance of the golf course.

With many planned projects including a phased course renovation (Phase 1 completed last Autumn) and installation of a new, triple row irrigation which started in October – this is an ideal time to join a forward-thinking golf club and gain career-enhancing experience.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

∙ Qualified to level 2 (NVQ)

∙ To be able to achieve a high level of attention to detail in all tasks being undertaken

∙ To be highly motivated and productive with a strong work ethic and able to work as part of a team

∙ Good time management and communication skills

∙ Have an interest in playing golf

The Qualified Greenkeeper position is full-time, based on a 40-hour week with weekends worked on a rota basis. In addition, the package includes:
