Overview
Hadleigh Castings Ltd is a Sand Foundry and machine shop producing aluminium castings for various industries including Motorsports, Defence and other high precision engineering projects, based in Hadleigh, Suffolk.
The Part Time Receptionist role is for 2 days a week (Mondays, Fridays), 8.30am – 5.00pm, with 30 min lunch (16 hours a week). It will also require other days of the week as a holiday cover for the other Receptionists (which will be scheduled in advance). The salary is £12.21 per hour.
We are seeking an organised and reliable person to join our team. The right person for this job will enjoy interacting with clients and be comfortable handling confidential information, while working well with a team in a professional environment. Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct them based on the caller\’s needs
- Deal with enquiries from employees and visitors
- Make drinks for visitors/meetings, organise lunch pick-up, tidy after the meetings etc
- Perform admin duties as requested – scanning, stock-take, typing up, stationery ordering and other ad-hoc jobs
We are not on a bus route therefore ability to drive or access to a vehicle is essential.
