We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and develop our supported living service. Our support services assist people with enduring mental health conditions, substance misuse and challenging behaviours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health or proven experience in supported living.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading a dedicated team to provide the highest quality of support to our service users.

  • Relevant qualification RMN or Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
