Duties
Our Home Care Assistant will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients, ensuring their comfort and independence in their own homes.
- Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Foster trusting relationships with consistent clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report on client progress, ensuring tailored care plans are followed.
Ideal Candidate
We seek a compassionate Home Care Assistant who is dedicated to treating clients like family, with or without prior care experience, as comprehensive training is provided.

- Skills: Effective communication, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork.
- Education: No formal qualifications required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience: Care experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Driving: a valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.
- Availability: Flexible to work alternate weekends and shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, either full-time (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-10:00 PM) or part-time (7:00 AM-10:00 AM, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, or 5:00 PM-10:00 PM).
Remuneration
