Our Home Care Assistant will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients, ensuring their comfort and independence in their own homes.
- Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Foster trusting relationships with consistent clients to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report on client progress, ensuring tailored care plans are followed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
We seek a compassionate Home Care Assistant who is dedicated to treating clients like family, with or without prior care experience, as comprehensive training is provided.
- PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Empathetic, reliable, and committed to client well-being.
- SKILLS: Effective communication, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork.
- EDUCATION: No formal qualifications required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- EXPERIENCE: Care experience is desirable but not mandatory
- DRIVING: a valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.
You MUST also hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE 12 HOURS WEEKLY 2 DAYS.
