We are looking for a reliable, fully qualified Electrician to carry out domestic and light commercial electrical works. The works we cover are largely in the domestic private rental sector, including EICR's and remedial works, and also some commercial works. The role includes installations, fault finding, testing, and remedial works, ensuring all work is completed to current BS 7671 regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Testing and inspection (EICRs, certification)
- Working safely in occupied properties
- Liaising professionally with clients and site managers
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Testing & Inspection qualification preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team, and also on own using own initiative
Desirable:
- Experience in domestic and landlord compliance work
