As a key player in the UK’s defence tech ecosystem, our world-leading software is trusted by defence organisations and militaries worldwide. Joining Hadean means working on technology with real-world impact, alongside a team that is driven to push the limits of what’s possible.

The Role

As Revenue Operations Associate (Marketing Operations focus), you will own the day-to-day operational engine that powers Hadean's go-to-market motion. You'll be the dedicated owner of our marketing operations, making sure our HubSpot environment, lead routing, attribution, reporting and event execution all run on a consistent, well-documented playbook. You understand how marketing and sales operations connect, and you know how to take a function that is currently distributed across multiple owners and turn it into a reliable, scalable system. You'll execute the existing playbook well and then make it better. You'll work closely with the Chief of Staff, Executive team, Marketing, Sales and the wider Capture team to ensure our pipeline data is clean, our campaigns ship on time, and our events convert into qualified pipeline.

About You

You are both an operator and a builder. You understand how to make HubSpot, marketing automation and CRM systems work as one connected engine. You can run today's playbook with discipline and identify where it needs to be sharper tomorrow - this might be in leveraging AI, new tools, or building one ourselves. You're proactive, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build toward owning our CRM, HubSpot, end-to-end, including data hygiene, list management, segmentation, workflows and integrations.
  • Support building and running our email programmes, including newsletters, nurture sequences and one-off campaigns.
  • Manage lead capture, scoring, routing and SLA discipline between marketing and sales.
  • Support the founder-led content motion (CEO LinkedIn and broader thought leadership) with scheduling, analytics and follow-up.
  • Drive the operational delivery of hosted and trade events, including operational cadence, logistics, lead capture, follow-up sequences and ROI reporting.
  • Maintain the event and activity radar cross-functionally so we manage workload and never miss a thing.
  • Build and maintain weekly marketing and pipeline dashboards.
  • Support attribution and source tracking across paid, organic and event channels.
  • Guide the weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast process with clean data inputs and commentary.
  • Support wider company reporting to an executive audience.
  • Identify the highest-leverage process improvements each quarter and ship them.
  • Document workflows so the function can scale beyond a single owner.
  • Bring sensible new tooling and automation forward where it accelerates the team.

Experience Required

  • One to three years in a marketing operations, revenue operations or growth operations role, or a data-driven marketing, sales, or operations role with a perspective on the go-to-market motion.
  • Either hands-on experience with HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation and CRM platform, including workflows and reporting or the ability to quickly upskill in systems.
  • Capable of leveraging AI to speed up workflows and processes.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales motions, ideally in technical, regulated or government markets.
  • Exposure to event marketing or field marketing operations is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort working with structured data and spreadsheets, with familiarity in attribution and pipeline reporting.

Skills Required

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management.
  • Comfortable operating under pressure and managing competing demands across multiple workstreams.
  • Credible communicator who can engage across the business, from engineers to executives.
  • Bias toward shipping and improving rather than waiting for perfect specs.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently while knowing when to bring in specialist support.
  • Some SQL or basic scripting comfort is a plus.

Job Benefits

  • Hybrid working with 4 days per week in our fantastic office in Shoreditch, London.
  • Share options.
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Enhanced pension scheme.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • 3 extra days off at Christmas (on top of our standard 25).
  • L&D budget.
  • Regularly scheduled socials.
