We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, delivering high‑quality water hygiene and treatment services.
Location: Ideally based in or around Swindon, Reading, or Slough.
Role Responsibilities:
- Routine water hygiene tasks in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274.
- Cold water storage tank inspections, cleaning & disinfection.
- Tank and system disinfections (including chlorination works).
- Temperature monitoring, sampling & reporting.
- TMV servicing and general system checks.
- Closed system cleans, dosing and analysis.
- Servicing and maintenance of water softeners and reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
- Maintaining accurate records using job management systems.
Key Experience (Preferred):
- Strong background in water hygiene.
- Experience with water softeners and RO systems (installation, servicing, fault finding).
- Experience with tank disinfections and closed system works.
- Basic understanding of pumps/booster sets (advantage but not essential).
