The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Location: Northamptonshire

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a 4:00pm finish on Fridays)

With 55 years of heritage, we work on prestigious residential and commercial projects for leading developers, architects and private clients across the UK and internationally.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Estimator / Project Manager to join our Building & Construction team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion and after-sales support. Working closely with luxury housing developers, architects, contractors and private clients, you will be responsible for producing quotations, preparing working drawings and managing projects throughout the full process. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the highest level of service while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that Haddonstone is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Producing project quotations from client drawings, specifications and enquiries.
  • Carrying out measured take-offs from architectural drawings.
  • Producing CAD drawings for customer approval and manufacture.
  • Managing projects from quotation stage through to completion and after-sales support.
  • Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and private clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Resolving technical and customer queries throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have previous experience in estimating, sales or project management within a construction or architectural environment.
  • Possess a good understanding of construction details and technical drawings.
  • Be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Be customer focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Be proactive and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have knowledge of CAD software (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience or knowledge of cast stone, masonry or architectural products would be advantageous but is not essential.
