Located in the heart of Haddington, East Lothian, Haddington Care Home provides exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment. With capacity for 68 residents, our services include Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Respite and Palliative care, all delivered with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

We are now looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team and play a key part in creating a welcoming first impression for residents, families, colleagues, and visitors alike.

What We Offer

  • £13.00 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided, and free onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)

What You Will Do
As the first point of contact at the home, you will manage a range of front-of-house and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our reception area. You will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, handle post and deliveries, and provide essential administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team. Your calm, professional manner and excellent communication skills will help create a positive and organised environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
