Overview
Haddenham Parish Council, a proactive and community-focused parish council in Buckinghamshire, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to fill the following role:
Committee and Communications Officer
Salary: £16.35 – £17.85 per hour
Hours: Part-time 20-30h/week negotiable
Responsibilities
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and reports for council meetings
- Liaising with Councillors, local organisations, and residents
- Managing the Council’s website, social media, and public communications
- Organising community events and consultations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in minute-taking and committee support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
