About the Role
As Internal Communications and Employer Brand Coordinator, you’ll be the voice behind Had Fab’s culture. You’ll create engaging internal communications, shape our employer brand, support recruitment campaigns, and bring our people stories to life. From wellbeing campaigns and induction materials to internal events, digital channels, and CSR activity, you’ll help ensure our values are visible, lived, and felt across the whole business. You’ll also help us build community partnerships and charitable initiatives that reflect who we are as an employer. This is a role full of variety, creativity, and meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging communications across intranet, newsletters, email and digital platforms.
- Partner with leaders to support business-wide updates.
- Support internal events, including town halls, social activities and recognition events.
- Develop people and culture storytelling content.
- Bring new ideas, formats and tools into Had Fab.
- Create recruitment campaigns that reflect our values.
- Promote our employer identity across our website and LinkedIn.
- Produce content such as interviews, videos and team stories.
- Support branded recruitment materials and onboarding resources.
- Create and maintain branded templates and internal materials.
- Ensure consistency across all People and Culture documents.
- Develop campaigns that support culture, wellbeing, and values.
- Align People and Culture branding with the wider Had Fab identity.
- Support the development of our CSR activity plan.
- Build partnerships with charities, schools, and local organisations.
- Coordinate volunteering and fundraising events.
- Share CSR stories internally and externally.
- Embed EVP and CSR into the employee experience.
- Maintain and enhance intranet content.
- Use analytics to improve engagement.
- Recommend tools that support communication and reach.
- Support managers with communication guidance.
- Ensure content is inclusive, respectful, and aligned with our culture.
About You
