We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of steel fabrication projects from tender through to completion. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. This is a hands-on role with real autonomy, working closely with Design, Engineering, Commercial, and shop floor teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing projects end-to-end from tender through to final handover
  • Developing and maintaining project programmes using MS Project
  • Leading project meetings from kick-off to close-out
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and variations
  • Controlling change and identifying project risks
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supporting RAMS, ITPs, and lift plans
  • Carrying out site visits and client updates
  • Driving continuous improvement across projects

  • Proven project management experience with a strong delivery track record
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience using MS Project
