The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded, highly driven Marketing Manager to lead day‑to‑day marketing activity across the business, with a primary focus on lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth for our whisky cask investment division. This is a hands‑on, performance‑driven role for someone who thrives on campaign optimisation, funnel performance and measurable results. You will own marketing strategy and execution across paid advertising, CRM, lead nurturing and acquisition initiatives, working closely with senior leadership, external agencies and in‑house creative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing (Core Focus)
- Own the lead generation strategy for the whisky cask investment division.
- Track and report on CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality and revenue attribution.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition performance, lead nurturing & conversion.
- Content, Social & PR
- Oversee content strategy, organic social media, PR activity and email content.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers and internal creative support.
- CRM & Lead Nurturing (HubSpot)
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution and pipeline visibility.
- Produce regular CRM performance and conversion reports.
- Reporting & Commercial Performance
- Produce regular reports across all marketing channels.
- Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Retail, eCommerce and Leadership teams.
- Lead and coordinate Marketing Executives, content support and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager (luxury, retail, eCommerce, investment or premium consumer sectors preferred).
- Strong understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot.
- Commercially minded with strong understanding of ROI, attribution and conversion metrics.
- Confident managing agencies, creatives and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects.
