Location - London (Office Based, The Gherkin Building)

Hours - Monday to Thursday 10:45 – 19:00 & Friday 10:45 – 17:00

The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands‑on Sales Manager to lead and develop our high‑performing sales team. You’ll manage Senior Account Managers handling existing clients while building and scaling a new team of 12 to 14 New Business Account Managers focused on introducing high‑net‑worth investors to alternative asset opportunities. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high‑accountability, target‑driven environment and wants to build something meaningful in a fast‑growing business.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor and develop Senior and New Business Account Managers
  • Set and manage daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Conduct regular sales coaching, call reviews and performance management sessions
  • Develop strategies to drive new client acquisition and investment growth
  • Support high‑value sales conversations and complex client engagements, ensuring the overall client journey reflects the premium positioning of the Hackstons brand
  • Onboard and train high performing sales professionals in a target driven environment
  • Ensure compliance standards across all sales activity and accurate documentation
  • Monitor client suitability processes and ensure appropriate record keeping
  • Track and report on key sales metrics including conversion rates, pipeline value, average investment size, and team revenue performance
