Hacksaw Gaming is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the team in our UK office. If you genuinely enjoy building relationships, are eager to learn, and take pride in representing high-quality products, this role could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
  • Assisting in managing a portfolio of clients with a structured and consultative approach.
  • Working closely with clients to help optimize game performance, including Slots, Scratchcards, and Instant Win Games.
  • Identifying opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell, aligning new products with client needs and objectives.
  • Contributing to regular performance reviews by gathering insights and supporting strategic recommendations.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and company updates, and sharing relevant information with clients.
  • Supporting the promotion of new products, features, and campaigns to drive engagement and performance.
  • Helping to improve the overall client experience by identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Participating in industry events and exhibitions, building relationships and increasing brand visibility.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and assisting with ad-hoc business or client needs.

Requirements:

  • Motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing role;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach;
  • Interest in achieving targets and contributing to team success;
  • Basic understanding of commercial agreements is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
