Action for Children is recruiting a Registered Manager for a 2-bedroom home in London Fields, Hackney. You will lead the development and launch of the new trauma-informed children’s home, build the team and put foundations in place to secure OFSTED registration.
You will ensure high-quality care, recruit and develop staff, uphold safeguarding and equality commitments, and work in partnership with Hackney Borough Council to deliver safe, stable, supportive homes for children and young people.
