Hackney Council seeks a senior, registered Clinical Team Lead to head our redesigned Mental Health Service within Children and Family Services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering trauma-informed care to looked-after children, care leavers and youths in the Youth Justice Service.
You will provide clinical governance, supervision, and training to social workers and frontline staff, build strong partnerships with CAMHS and NHS Trusts, and champion anti-racist, anti-oppressive practices.
