What you'll be doing:
- Supervising and supporting pupils during family-style dining and lunchtime play in the dining hall, playground, and local park.
- Promoting pupils' safety, well-being, positive behaviour, and social development during the lunchtime period.
- Encouraging participation in activities and maintaining a calm and orderly environment.
- Working closely with pupils, teachers, senior leaders, and other support staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who enjoys working with children and building positive relationships.
- The ability to supervise and engage children in play and social activities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A calm, positive and professional approach to managing behaviour and responding to incidents.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and follow school policies and procedures.
