This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Human Resources to join our team. The purpose of this post is to undertake duties across a range of HR activities including:
- Recruitment and selection
- Data management
- Processing DBS checks
- Reporting
- Single Central Record compliance
- General HR administration
You will also support the implementation of relevant policies and procedures within the school that model best practice and are compliant with legislation, whilst meeting the needs of the school and staff well-being. You will be a reliable source of confidential advice and guidance in all matters related to HR to the Leadership Team and across the school under the guidance of the Headteacher/HR Director.
