You must be used to working with Google suites and ideally you will have some administrative experience. Knowledge of the Council's systems such as Cedar, CRM, Liberator and CivicaPay would be advantageous. You should be able to use your own initiative and thrive on putting your organisational and financial management skills to good use. You will need to be articulate, with sound written and verbal communications. Above all, you need a ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
