London Borough of Hackney is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Parking Appeals and Debt Recovery Team. You will review parking appeals, prepare evidence for hearings, and work to maintain the Council’s high success rate at adjudications and courts.
You will interact with customers, recognise vulnerable cases, and assist in managing enforcement provider contracts, with extensive training including Level 3 NVQ accreditation.
