Hackney Borough Council is seeking an innovative Area SENCo to work with children aged 2-5 with SEND within the Integrated SEND Service. You will collaborate with families, early years settings, Children’s Centres and private, voluntary and independent providers to raise educational outcomes.
The role uses a graduated approach, with early identification, advice and training for practitioners, and multi-agency working to build nursery capacity and remove barriers to inclusion.
