Your mission is to control the stock movement of goods in/out of the store and ensure stockroom disciplines are maintained to company standards. Our dream is that every client feels and shares our brand identity, in a way that they are willing to come back again to our stores. To make this happen, having a perfectly managed stock room is vital, and for that reason we need you!
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Stock control: manage the stock movement of goods in/out of the store, ensure alterations are booked and transferred to the collection rails once completed, and guarantee shop floor daily replenishing are adhered to.
- Stockroom: ensure Stockroom disciplines are maintained to company standards, make stock accessible to the store team, and meet all health and safety requirements.
- Shop operations: liaise with the head office Operations Administration and assist in stock takes and cyclical counting processes.
- Administration: file all Transfer and delivery paperwork daily, archive monthly, report discrepancies, and manage negative stocks weekly.
